A pinhole in copper
Six blocks from ocean to Intracoastal means salt reaches supply lines from both directions while water works on them from inside. One pinhole is usually a report on the whole run.
Ask what the rest of the run looks like.

What we get called for here
The three that come up most in Lauderdale by the Sea
Drawn from what the housing stock in this city is actually made of.
A drain from the mid-century build
Housing from the town’s main building period is on cast iron, roughened from the inside so it catches what should pass. Clearing it leaves the cause exactly where it was.
Ask for a camera before a third clearing.
A sewer problem on the wrong side of Pine Avenue
Which organization services the wastewater depends on that street. Knowing which half you are in saves a call to a city that does not handle your end of town.
Have the boundary established first.
